  1. Note: The directions suggest that you check the screws for tightness from time-to-time. This is where a nice allen wrench set comes in handy! We noticed that the screws securing the arm rest are most likely to loosen and that makes perfect sense when you consider the likelihood that the armrest hardware gets wiggled back and forth over repeated use of the chair.

  2. how do you assemble step 4, which is part 7?

  3. You have to balance the bottom metal portion part 7 (the chair back) onto the "seat plate" and as you line up the holes, insert Step 4 screws. (Enlist a helper if you are having a hard time doing this.) Hope this helps.
